RANDOM STEM CELL ANALYSIS WITH CORNING CELL COUNTER AT DREAM BODY CLINIC APRIL 4 2022

Today is April 12th, 2022 and we did a random analysis of a vial of 25 million mesenchymal stem cells at Dream Body Clinic. This analysis was done with the corning cell counter. We use a dye called tripton blue to mix with the mesenchymal stem cells. This dye will infiltrate the cell membrane of any cells that are ruptured and thus dead. This allows us to see the live cell count vs. dead cell count. We can also determine viability with this device. The cell counter is an inverted microscope that has a digital camera attached. We place the slide with the mix of stem cells and dye into the slide and then chose 4 random areas of the slide to determine the average cell count. This video shows the results.
