Ingredients:
100 ml of milk
200 grams of white chocolate
5 grams of honey
2.5 grams of gelatin in sheets
200 ml of cream

Steps:
Dissolve 2.5 grams of gelatin sheets in a little water
Then melt 200 grams of white chocolate in the microwave
In a saucepan, put 100 ml of milk and 5 grams of honey
Melt over low heat
Then add the softened gelatin and let it melt while stirring
Pour the milk and gelatin mixture into the white chocolate
Stir until it is homogeneous
Then add 200 ml of cream for desserts
Blend with the mixer attached to the bottom of the bowl to avoid incorporating air
Then pour the cream into the glasses
