The August 31, 2022 Random Update of Wacky Wizards introduces the new Random ingredient and 2 potions including Potion 627, which took over a week for people to figure out.

How to get Potion 627 in Wacky Wizards:

Head Expand Explode Potion 627 = Brain + Dynamite + Fairy

The order of these 3 ingredients does matter as some combinations will get you the Head Expand Explode Potion 627 and other combinations will just get you intermediary potions instead from 2 of the ingredients combining to a final potion.

So yeah, that's how to make Potion 627. What does it do? It's called the Head Expand Explode Potion, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Seems broken to me. Maybe it will actually do something sometime later in a fixed future.
