Cream Cheese, Eagle Brand Milk, Pineapple, Cherries, Cool Whip, Toasted Pecans, and Toasted Coconut in a Graham Cracker Crust!
MILLIONAIRE PIE (MAKES 1 PIES)
4 OZ. CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
1/2 CAN EAGLEBRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 14 OZ. (7 OZ. FOR RECIPE)

Blend first two Ingredients: Well with hand mixer until nice and creamy.
1 8 OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (DRAINED WELL)
1/3 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1/3 CUP CHOPPED MARASCHINO CHERRIES (DRAINED)
8 OZ. COOL WHIP TOPPING
1/2 CUP FLAKED COCONUT (TOASTED)
JUICE OF 1/2 LARGE LEMON
Put the pineapple, pecans, cherries, lemon juice, and half of cool whip (save half for top of pie). Fold together well and put into a 9” graham cracker crust. Make a crust or buy one at the grocery store. Use a decorating bag and pipe the remaining cool whip onto the pie. Put the toasted coconut on the top and refrigerate for 4 hours minimum before serving. Pie must be refrigerated because it has cream cheese in it. Enjoy!
