How to make meatballs on any grill. You want to get 2lbs ground beef, 1lb sweet sausage, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup panko, 1/2 cup Romano cheese, and 1/4 cup favorite Italian rub. Mix very well and form your meatballs and smoke indirect at 275 degrees for 20mins then bump the temp to 350 degrees to get a nice crispy exterior on the meatballs. 45 minutes temp the meatballs and go until they reach at least 165 degrees internal temp. Pull and rest when target internal temp is reached mine were about 175-185.
