Mirchi ka Thecha

Ingredients:

Green chilli 100 gm

Garlic 20-25 no

Coriander leaves ¼ cup

Cumin seeds ½ tsp

Oil 3 to 4 tbsp

Method:

Coarsely grind the green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds.

Heat oil in a pan and add the ground green chilli mixture and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
