Pizza just changed... Make these PIZZA PIG SHOTS!

Pizza pig shots are easy to make and delicious on any grill. Start with 1/4in thick cut pepperoni and wrap bacon around it and pin it with a toothpick. Fill the cup with some pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese and season with red pepper flake and granulated garlic. Place on a wire rack and cook indirect at 275 degrees for 30 mins and rotate the last 30mins at 300 degrees. Pull and let rest for 10 minutes.
