How can entrepreneurs and professionals prevent or address professional burnout?

For entrepreneurs and career professionals, burnout can feel like an inevitability. With the never-ending demands of work, it's easy to get bogged down and feel like you're running on empty.

If you're feeling burnt out, you're not alone. In fact, a recent study found that nearly half of all American workers report feeling burned out at their jobs.

So what can you do to prevent professional burnout? Here are three tips:

1. Set limits on your work schedule. It's important to set boundaries between your work life and your personal life. When you're always working, it's easy to get burnt out. Try setting specific hours for working and stick to them as much as possible. Once you're done working for the day, close your laptop and walk away from your desk. This will help you relax and recharge so you can be productive when it's time to work again.

2. Make time for yourself outside of work. It's important to have hobbies and activities that you enjoy outside of work. This will help you de-stress and feel refreshed when you're at work. Whether it's going for a run, taking a yoga class, or reading a good book, make sure to schedule some time for yourself every day or week.

3. Delegate and build a support network. As an entrepreneur or career professional, it's easy to feel like you have to do everything yourself. But this is simply not true! Delegate tasks when possible and build a supportive network of colleagues, friends, and family who can help you when you're feeling overwhelmed.
