I went out to Green City Shopping Centre In Minsk, Belarus.
I do not go out this way very often but I thought it might be interesting because it is in more of a working class area in Minsk.
I figure if there are visible signs of the economic sanctions then this would be where we would find them.
All shops were full and well stocked although there were not many people around.
It was about 3pm on a weekday so this might explain why the shopping mall was so empty or it may be the effect on local peoples spending power.
