Eggplants in the oven! My favorite eggplant appetizer recipe! It's very fragrant and delicious. Eggplants with tomatoes are very easy to prepare. My family loves eggplant with mozzarella cheese. Try my recipe for an appetizer with eggplant, tomato and mozzarella and write in the comments if you liked it.
Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggplants.
Cut into circles.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Water.
Soak eggplant for 10 minutes.
Cut like in the video.
Salt to taste.
Basil.
Olive oil.
Bake 15 minutes 200C/400F
4 tomatoes.
Salt to taste.
Basil.
Mozzarella.
Bake 15 minutes 200C/400F
Parsely.
