5 Quick Delicious Recipes | Healthy Eating | Cooking Video |#cookwithme
In today's video, I will be sharing these five easy and delicious recipes that you can try at home. All the ingredients for these recipes are gonna be included in the description.
Mango Rice
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ can Coconut Milk
1 Mango, cubed
For the rice:
1 cup Sticky Rice
1 cup Water
½ can Coconut Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Star Anise
DIRECTIONS:
In a pan add 1 cup of sticky rice and 1 cup of water
Leave to soak for 30 minutes
Add ½ cup of water, ½ can coconut milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 star anise
Bring to boil
Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until liquid is absorbed
Remove star anise
In another pan add 2 tablespoons of sugar and ½ can of coconut milk
Warm gently stirring to dissolve
Put to one side
Serve sticky rice and add 1 cubed mango
Drizzle over with coconut milk and enjoy!
Cajun Chicken Broccoli
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
16 oz Penne Pasta
½ cup Yellow Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
2 cups of Buttermilk
2 cups of shredded Parmesan
3 cups of Broccoli Florets, steamed
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
1/3 Rice Wine
3 Garlic Gloves, minced
2 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
Salt, Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 3 cloves of minced garlic into a pan. Cook until golden
Add 2 lbs of chicken breast, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes until cooked through and remove from the heat
Add unsalted butter, onion, and rice wine into the pan
Reduce the heat by half and add 2 cups of buttermilk and 2 cups of shredded parmesan
Steam 3 cups of broccoli florets
Boils for 8-10 minutes 16oz of penne pasta and drain the pasta
In a bowl add all the ingredients together and mix them
Serve and enjoy!
Chocolate Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of All-Purpose Flour
¼ of a cup Granulated Vegan Sugar
2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
½ cup of Almond Milk
2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
¾ teaspoon of Dark Brown Sugar
¼ cup Cocoa Powder
1 ½ cups of Hot Water
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl add the all-purpose flour, granulated vegan sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and mix together. Then add almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix again
2. In another bowl add dark brown sugar, cocoa powder and mix together, after ad 1 ½ cups of hot water and mix again
3. Oil cake molds and add 1 scoop of the first mixture in each mold
4. Pour the second mixture into each mold
5. Pour some water into the pot and place the cake molds. Cook on high for 2 hours
6. Serve and enjoy
One-Pot Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of Dried Pasta
1 Red Onion, sliced
2 crashed Garlic Gloves
1 ½ cups of Sugar Snap Peas
3 sliced Carrots
1 Red Pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 cup of Sweetcorn
1 large Kale
1 ¼ cups of Baby Plum Tomatoes
1 Basil
4 tablespoons of Tomato Puree
1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
3 cups of Tomato Passata
2 ½ cups of Vegetable Stock
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a pot add 3cups of dried pasta, 1 sliced red onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 ½ cups of sugar snap peas, 3 sliced carrots, 1 red pepper, 1 cup p sweetcorn, 1 kale, 1 ¼ cups of baby plum tomatoes, 1 basil, 4 tablespoons of tomato puree, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 3 cups of tomato passata and 2 ½ cups of vegetable stock
2. Mix all ingredients together and cook on high for 2 hours
3 Serve and enjoy!
