• Once I dove head first on working on my mind, getting one with your thoughts and removing distractions. That void started filling and started attracting other investors and opportunities.
• Then I met a public adjuster and he explained to me how a supplemental claim works. So after a few years I figured out how to get up to three checks per deal. More money deals with less competition.

1st Check: Wholesale check buy low sell high
2nd Check: Supplemental claim. 80% of the time they are getting 80% of the money.
3rd Check: Replacement check. They are going to want to rebuild or take the cash and buy another property. So if they are moving you know how much and when they are getting it. You can get them into the next home.
