CHEESE, MEAT & POTATO PITA PIES

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
All the foods created here are made without a recipe. The ingredients are added at random or based on what's available in the house.
The recipes are written while editing so the measurements are not always exact.

BEEF MARINATE & INGREDIENTS
1 lb. of ground beef
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped garlic
1 table spoon sour cream
¼ spoon of salt & black pepper (Grounded)

CHEESE MIX INGREDIENTS
75 grams of Asiago Cheese
250 grams Ricotta Cheese
100 grams of Feta Cheese
100 grams of Kaymak

POTATO MARINATE & INGREDIENTS
1 potato finely chopped
½ onion finely chopped
1-2 table spoons of Oil
50 grams of Emmental Cheese
A pinch of Salt & Black Pepper (Grounded)

WHISK EGG MIX
4 Eggs
A pinch of oil

1 pack of frozen phyllo pastry dough – Defrost an hour before using.

INSTRUCTIONS

Start making the cheese filling, then the potato filling before cooking the meat. When all the fillings are mixed well and ready to go, start cooking the ground beef to medium rare.
Fill the pastries by spreading the phyllo dough on a flat surface, add the filling on the dough, spread evenly so that wen the dough is rolled up the ingredients are throughout the dough.
This is really easy and quick. Use the entire box of phyllo as it cannot be re-used once defrosted.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat at 350 degrees for 30 mins
Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 mins – Cheese
Bake at 350 degrees 35-45 mins– Meat & Potato
