Perfect weeknight meal that's easy and quick to make. Add some rice or have it just as it is for a meal. The pineapple and sweet and sour sauce really set it off.

Ingredients:

1lb chicken
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (or regular)
1-3 tablespoons avocado oil (or your fav saute oil)
Pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup chilli sauce
1 package Dole pineapple (drain juice but reserve)
Green onions for garnish at the end
