Work the waist as you draw the elbow to the knee then the outer hip as you pulse the foot towards the ceiling

3. Plank twists with Arabesque beats
Work your core as you draw the opposite knee to elbow then power up your glutes and legs as you beat your heels together in a small rebounding action
