3. COBB SALAD PIZZA
Cobb you believe it?! This one is a little weird even for us but this Cobb Salad pizza was a real delight. Packed with depths of savoury flavour from the bacon, chicken and blue cheese, with the added freshness of lettuce, tomato, avocado, chives and an unusual pizza addition of hard boiled eggs. Which I assure you the hard boiled egg totally rocks on this pizza, and what Cobb salad would be complete without it. And that zing from the red wine dressing ties this stupendous salad pizza together.

Could this be the best salad to put on a pizza? We would say yes. Could there be a better salad to put on a pizza? Honestly we have no idea, this was a bit of a stretch as it is. It's the hard boiled eggs, we know it, you know it, but once again these eggs were done right and we would take a slice of this any night!

2. BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA with a twist
We have taken the classic Buffalo chicken pizza recipe to a new level, by adding all the right things to a plate of buffalo wings, minus those pesky bones. What Buffalo chicken pizza recipe would be complete with not only one dipping sauce. But two! We decided to use ranch dressing as the base and we threw some blue cheese on it. Now this may have gone to far for some but that’s OK, we like to go the extra mile.

Not only does this Buffalo chicken pizza have ranch and blue cheese, but we thought we would need to add a little bit more to really make it official. Normally you would get carrot sticks or celery with your Buffalo wings but we went rogue, we went pepperoncini’s! The clear winner and decided champ for this bad mamma jamma, who doesn’t like some extra kick on their pizza! So kick some butt and grab a slice of this Buffalo chicken pub style special.

1. BLUE CHEESE CRUSTED PORK CHOP PIZZA
The “Blue Cheese Crusted Pork Chop” Pizza is a whole lotta pizza, bold flavours from the blue cheese and pork, and a touch of the holidays finds a way into your heart with the breading from the pork reminiscent of stuffing from a family get together.

Pork and cabbage, a combination that never lets down. And what is it about cabbage and onions sauteed together, practically a meal on its own. But Pears decided to show up for the family get together to, and they were as pleasant as usual, not like last time when they got too far deep into the cooking wine.
