Practice Yoga With Brice (First 1/2 Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga)

Brice, of Esoteric Atlanta, is currently the only female KPJAYI (Mysore, India) Authorized teacher in the state of GA.

This episode is the first 1/2 of the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Lineage. In this episode, the first 1/2 of Primary Series is workshopped and broken down for beginner to the lineage of Ashtanga.

Please be mindful when practicing and if possible, find a teacher in your area to help you grow into the practice. Although this episode is designed to help you on your journey, it does not replace the power of a teacher in your daily life.
