Carl Eby – New Hemingway Archive

Carl Eby is Professor of English at Appalachian State University. His publications include Hemingway’s Fetishism: Psychoanalysis and the Mirror of Manhood and Hemingway’s Spain: Imagining the Spanish World, co-edited with Mark Cirino. He is currently working on a book about The Garden of Eden for Kent State UP’s Reading Hemingway series. He served as Foundation Treasurer for four terms between 2007 and 2019, and directed the Society’s 2006 conference in Málaga and Ronda, Spain. He has served of the JFK Hemingway Gant Liaison Committee, the Founder’s Grant Committee, and as a reader for The Hemingway Review.
