Breast Explant Questions | Was My Breast Explant Worth It?

Hello everyone:)

I learned so much from all of the generous women who made videos, guided me through the process and generally helped...so I wanted to do the same.

I bought many (and I mean many) items before my surgery and some of them were much better than others. I will include a few of my favorite things I personally used after my surgery here:

❤️ This was my favorite bra. I ordered so many, and only a few worked out. I have both the black and the nude colors. Of course it is the most expensive as well. ❤️ This bra worked right after surgery. That said I am usually a 30 band size, and I had to wear a 38 right after surgery for several weeks. Make sure to have a much larger size on hand than you think you will need, you'll be surprised by the swelling - https://amzn.to/3gAbY4o

Other things that are nice to have-
Straws
scrunchies to keep your hair out of your face
coconut water
someone to call to blow dry your hair. I had someone come to our air B and B.
