In this video I’ll be sharing my peak week day diet & training plan for day 4/5 from trying Greg Doucette’s peak week to start prepping for a photoshoot.

🍽 Total Food & Calories: 5,500ish Calories/750ish Carbs
-1/2 Gallon Water finish by 9:30am (1.5 hrs after starting)
-180g Grilled Chicken (Plain): 180 Cal.
-2 Cups Rice/50g Grilled Chicken/1/2 Can Sodium-free peas: 570 Cal.
-Two Frosted Pop Tarts: 370 Cal.
-1 Box (Normal 11 Serving Size/40g per Serving) of Golden Grahams Cereal (or similar sugar cereal eaten throughout the day): 1,760 Cal.
-1 Box (Normal 11 Serving Size/39g per Serving) of Reese's Puffs Cereal (or sugar cereal of your choice eaten throughout the day): 825 Cal. (I could only finish about half the box)...
-1/2 Bag of Sweet Tart Ropes: 480 cal.
-2 Diet Sodas: 0 Cal.
-CFA 8 Grilled Nuggets w/ BBQ Sauce/Large Fry: 850 Cal.
-3 Mini Twix & 2 Mini Butterfingers: 320 Cal.
-3 Mini Twix in Middle of Night when you go Pee: 150 Cal.
