Tiny T. Rex and the IMPOSSIBLE HUG - Short Arms Don't Ruin Hugs

Hilarious picture book read aloud for kids. This audiobook is for bedtime, travel, or long car rides. Great story for young children to learn that it doesn't matter how big your arms are, your hugs are as big as your love.

This is a little story about a young T-Rex named Tiny T. Rex. His friend Pointy is sad. He doesn't feel like playing. So Tiny goes to his family members to ask their advice on how to cheer up Pointy. Unfortunately, none of the answers he gets seem to be anything useful. He decides his friend needs a hug. But he is a T-rex and doesn't have long enough arms to hug his big stegosaurus friend. So he goes into training and practices hugging until he tries to practice on a pterodactyl's leg accidentally. He falls down from the sky right onto his friend Pointy's head. He gives the biggest hug Pointy could have ever had and it makes Pointy feel better. This is a sweet little book that had me laughing and laughing because of how funny I found it. I don't know what it was exactly. That little T-rex's pluck and courage to keep on trying in spite of his shortcomings just made me smile. You have to like a character that's so optimistic and determined to try to do something they may struggle with. I hope you and your children enjoy this little story. I've got another one from the series to read so stay tuned for more Tiny T-Rex! I think it's a series I really identify with.
