NEW RICO CHARGES coming for @Tsu Surf and the 60 GANG, and the #feds are doing everything they can to not reveal the superseding indictment or what they have in the works!!

So far, ten members and associates of the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips street gang were recently charged by superseding indictment with participating in a racketeering conspiracy involving drug trafficking, carjackings, robberies, non-fatal shootings, and murder.

According to the allegations in the superseding indictment, from in or around 2015 through 2022, the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips criminal organization operated in Essex and Union Counties, the New Jersey prison system, and elsewhere in New Jersey and nationally. During this alleged conspiracy, several of the charged defendants committed multiple non-fatal shootings and a murder, in furtherance of the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips criminal organization.

It's a jersey sweep, so far they've rounded up 42 members and counting. THE FEDS IS COMING!!!

Top Battle Rapper Tsu Surf is locked up on RICO charges, stemming from an indictment that's brimming with all sorts of crimes, from drugs, guns to murder.

The rapper, whose real name is Rahjon Cox, made his initial court appearance Friday (Oct. 14) but did not enter a plea. WNYW-TV in New York reported that Cox told the judge he had hired an attorney to represent him but the lawyer could not make the hearing, so the judge allowed another lawyer to fill in on Friday.

Cox is among 10 people who were recently indicted on racketeering charges. They are allegedly members of a New Jersey-based Crips gang set known as the Silverbacc Gorillas or “SBG”.

U.S. marshals arrested the rapper Thursday afternoon at a home in Jersey City.

The indictment didn't drop, but once it do, we'll be back with a full analysis.
