On November 7, 2022, the Waukesha County Circuit Court held a motion hearing on Concerned Veterans of Waukesha County et al v. WEC. Plaintiff is seeking a temporary restraining order on military ballots cast in the November 8 Midterm Election. Presiding Judge Michael P. Maxwell.
