Chicken Teriyaki

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Boneless Chicken Breast ( 500 grams )
- 100 to 150 ml plain orange juice without sugar
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Butter
- Spring Onion

How to make Teriyaki Chicken

In a large bowl take Boneless Chicken Pieces, to that add Soy Sauce, Honey, Orange Juice, Ginger and Sesame oil ( sesame oil gives good taste to the dish) .

Mix everything well and Marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Chicken gives good taste if you marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.

Heat non stick pan over medium heat. Add cooking oil to the pan and then add marinade chicken pieces to the hot pan, fry both the sides until golden brown.

Take another non-stick pan, roast sesame seeds about 2 minutes on low flame and keep a side.

Now to the same Non-stick pan add butter and pour reserved marinade sauce.
Bring to a boil stirring constantly until slightly thickened. It takes at least 15 minutes sauce to get thick.

Add fried chicken back to the pan and stir to combine.
Garnish with Spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
