Is Putin cancer stricken and in horrible pain?

All these speculations about Putin's health are based on absolutely NOTHING but rumors!
Ridiculous tabloids like The Sun claim this,,
But, how much of a truth is behind these speculations? Is it just the desire of so many that he has cancer and passes away or is it more than this?
We will for sure know one day!
