The MMA Legend, BJ Penn, joins Frank Mir and Harrison Rogers to chat about his career in Mixed Martial Arts as well as why he became interested in politics recently.

BJ Penn is recently coming off his first go around with politics where he ran for Governor for Hawaii and the guys sit down and chat a lot about the experience and what he has learned through the process.

In the Mixed Martial Arts discussion, BJ has fought as part of different organizations including the UFC, K-1, and Rumble on the Rock. He speaks of the differences and what he learned in fighting for different promotions, and chats about what he thinks of the United Fight League (UFL) which Harrison Rogers has founded.

BJ will talk about what it was like fighting in Japan as compared to the US and the different culture that surrounds combat sports there!

Stay tuned near the end where Frank will also chat about his ambitions to run for Governor, but why he is deciding to wait a little while before stepping inside that 'octagon' of politics.

What have the two legends, BJ Penn and Frank Mir learned through MMA which they've taken with them into the 'real world' (specifically how MMA has taught them about how to set their egos to the side).
