It's a different way of preparing tilapia, very easy to make for dinner.

Ingredients:
• 4 fish fillets (tilapia or other of your choice)
• 4 large potatoes
• 5 lemons
• Salt to taste
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 medium cup of milk
• 200 g of sour cream
• Grated cheese (mozzarella)

Method:
Chop or crush the garlic cloves. Season the fillets with salt and garlic, place them on a platter and squeeze the lemons over the fillets until they are covered, leave to marinate for an hour.

Peel the potatoes, chop and cook in salted water for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the boiled potatoes and let them cool. Put the milk and cream in the blender, turn it on and add the potatoes little by little so it doesn't get too heavy for the blender's motor. Beat until it forms a cream.

In a suitable baking dish, add olive oil, remove the lemon files and place on the dish, pour the cream to cover the files, spread the grated cheese on the surface, bake at 280 degrees and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
