Gabby Petito's mother and father recently filed a lawsuit against Chris and Roberta Laundrie based upon a claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress. The pre-trial hearing on the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Laundries attorney will be heard on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
