MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An Arkansas State Trooper was reportedly struck by gunfire while assisting other officers on I-55 and McLemore.
Arkansas State Trooper Spencer Morris was struck by gunfire Thursday afternoon in Memphis, Tennessee, while assisting other law enforcement agencies attempting to take a man into custody.
Morris was transported to a Memphis hospital where doctors determined he had not sustained any life-threatening wounds.
