XINCHEN Stainless-steel reactor for Polymerization Reaction Pilot Scale-up

XINCHEN Pilot scale-up stainless-steel reactor production line is manufactured based on customer’s PID flow chart. XINCHEN has the ability to design and manufacture reactors according to customers’ PID flow chart.

This stainless-steel reactor production line is for kilo lab trial before scale up in commercial plant.The whole production line is composed of 5 stainless-steel tank, pipeline and PLC control system.

The 1st reactor is 25L Stainless-steel reactor which is a catalyst-assisted preparation tank, equipped with alkane port, nitrogen inlet, exhaust outlet, analysis port, discharge port and so on. The catalyst is pumped into the 2nd tank through the solvent conveying pump (diaphragm metering pump).

The 2nd stainless-steel reactor is a 25L solvent measuring tank, equipped with alkane inlet, circulation material inlet, nitrogen inlet, exhaust outlet, analysis port, discharge port, pressure gauge port, level gauge port and so on.Finally, the solvent is pumped into the polymerization tank by solvent metering pump ( SSI plunger metering pump, USA)

The 3rd stainless-steel reactor is 1L autoclave for polymerization reaction, equipped with solvent inlet, olefin inlet, catalytic liquid inlet, release port, gas phase equilibrium port, discharge port and so on. The polymeric reactants are pumped to the next polymerizer by a polymeric transfer pump ( SSI plunger metering pump, USA)

The 4th reactor is the same as the 3rd stainless steel reactor, the polymeric reactants are pumped to the next polymerizer by a polymeric transfer pump ( SSI plunger metering pump, USA) to the last reactor.

The 5th reactor is the polymer buffer tank.

XINCHEN adopt Siemens PLC integrated control of stir, feeding, temperature and pressure and so on for automatic control the whole system. This makes the whole system to the higher technical requirements, at the same time, the production and management efficiency has been greatly improved.
