"[Bilbrey LIVE] - BOWs Officials, Afraid of Transparency, Try to Intimidate Me & Shut Me Down!"

12.07.22: "[Bilbrey LIVE] - Muncie, Indiana's Board of Works Officials are Afraid of Transparency! When I Stepped Up to Ask a Question, They Tried to Intimidate Me & Shut Me Down!" - [Perception IS Reality w/Kristopher H. Bilbrey & The Bastards of Politics].

You might have even thought this was Civic Duty for a moment!

00:00:00 ~ Bilbrey steps up to the podium @ the Muncie, Indiana Board of Works Meeting @ 9a on Wednesday, December 7th, 2022... to ask about the Utilities that the City has been paying for a year for a PRIVATE Address! the BOW's President, Linda Gregory tells him he must identify & give address... Bilbrey knows better than that! Now, while he almost always gives his name... he hasn't given an address in a public meeting in YEARS!

00:01:16 ~ While calling the Mayor of Muncie, Dan RIdenour out... for LACK OF TRANSPARENCY... the BOWs President Linda Gregory tries to cut Bilbrey off!

00:01:40 ~ Bilbrey tells the BOWs they can Adjourn the meeting... but he is going to speak! At that point BOWs President Linda Gregory says, "Ok, we're adjourned!" WHICH IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!

00:01:43 ~ Bilbrey explains this to her...

00:01:50 ~ BOWs President Linda Gregory asks if she needs to get someone to remove Bilbrey... to which Bilbrey says "if you would like to do that... do that!"

00:01:55 ~ Bilbrey makes the announcement that "Linda needs someone in here to remove (me)."

00:01:59 ~ BOWs President Linda Gregory goes on signing paperwork and Bilbrey proceeds to talk... Bilbrey calls the Mayor out for his actions!

00:02:45 ~ At this point... they start shutting the mics & camera down... they do end up... shutting the camera off! However, Bilbrey spoke, to the Officials for approx another 2 minutes! Towards the end, the BOW's DID take the proper steps to "adjourn the meeting"... meaning a motion was made and a vote was taken! The meeting was adjourned at that point, however, Bilbrey continued speaking! When he was done, he turned around to see that the City Controller, Craig Wright had went to have the police come in. 4 Muncie City Police Officers came in on Bilbrey and Bilbrey dismissed them back to work! Since words can not hurt people... Redressing the Government does not require the Police! Bilbrey left City Hall on his own!
