Rewatch: Poltergeist Arc [A Certain Scientific Railgun] [#06]

Welcome to Rewatch, where any anime is worth rewatching.

We arrive at the final batch of episodes of Railgun season 1. The Poltergeist arc is a brilliant way to send off the season. Being an anime only arc, it does a surprisingly good job at extending the character arc of Kiyama and bringing her story of saving her children to a wonderful conclusion. Sure, there are some moments of questionable writing, particularly with Uiharu. But the amount of things it does right makes up for all that. Railgun 1 is a fantastic beginning of a side story that would go on to be the preferred show to its main counterpart. And I'm on that same boat, honestly.

Two more shorter videos are to come after this, both of which are a sort of epilogue to the Railgun marathon. So look forward to that.
