You can cook and prep everything ahead of time stuff your bell peppers and then store them in the fridge inside the pot overnight and THEN in the morning all you have to do is take them out the fridge and turn on the crockpot.

1 lb Ground Beef
6 Bell Peppers, cut into strips
1/2 Onion, diced
2 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Cauliflower rice (optional)
3 Cups Marinara
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
