In a letter to Congressman Rahul Gandhi and Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya requests that they carefully abide with the COVID-19 regulations throughout the party's Bharat Jodo Yatra.
"During the Bharat Jodo Yatra, which is currently taking place in Rajasthan, carefully adhere to the COVID standards. Implementing the use of mask-sanitizer is recommended. Only immunized individuals should take part, the Health Minister wrote in a letter on Tuesday. If the aforementioned protocol cannot be followed, Mandaviya has also asked that the foot march be postponed. "The Bharat Jodo Yatra will be postponed in the event that observing COVID protocol is not practicable."
