Ingredients and preparation:
Cucumber, Lemon, Ginger, and Mint Drink For Weight Loss Recipe.
Pour cold water into a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of baking soda and stir.
Add two cucumbers to the mix.
Wash them to remove any impurities.
Chop the cucumbers and add them to a bowl.
Peel off and chop 3 inches of fresh ginger.
Extract the juice from 2 lemons and reserve.
Put the mixture into a blender.
