100 g of butter
50 g of icing sugar
a pinch of salt
vanilla extract (a few drops)
1 egg
sugar and cocoa to decorate

Hello friends! Today we prepare some PRECIOUS cookies!!!

They are called diamond biscuits, because they are wrapped in a caramelized sugar crust that makes them sparkle!!!

Come to the kitchen to prepare them with me!!!

In a bowl pour 100 g of butter cut into cubes

Add 150 g of flour and knead with your hands

Knead until you get a mixture like this

Add 50 g of icing sugar

Then add an egg yolk

Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of vanilla extract

Divide the dough into 4 parts

Form each part into a roll like this

Then form 4 rolls like these

Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
