700 g of pork loin
a pinch of salt
a sprinkling of pepper
a handful of rosemary
a sprinkle of sage
a pinch of garlic powder
two sprays of extra virgin olive oil
cooking time: 50 minutes in the air fryer
For cooking it is essential to cook the roast for the first 10 minutes at 200°C, turning it halfway through cooking. It is then cooked for 40-45 minutes at 170°C. During this time you have to turn it every 10 minutes and add two tablespoons of water each time to keep it soft

STEPS:

Hello friends! Let's not waste time and start cooking this amazing recipe!!!

Take about 700 g of pork loin and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil (2-3 sprays)

Massage the meat well

Add a sprinkling of dried rosemary and a pinch of garlic powder

Add another sprinkling of dried sage and a pinch of pepper

Then add a pinch of salt

Massage the meat to make all the spices adhere well...

Cook the roast at 200°C for 10 minutes

After 5 minutes (halfway through cooking) turn the roast

Once the 10 minutes are up, cook the roast for another 40 minutes at 170°C

Every 10 minutes it is necessary to turn the roast and add 2 tablespoons of water to keep it moist and not stringy

Once the 40 minutes are over, the roast will look like this

Cut it into slices about 1 cm thick
