Capsized boat in the sea in Bali, all 28 tourists and six crew members rescued

Around 34 passengers were on the boat, including six crew members and tourists from Australia, Russia, Ukraine and India.

The ship, carrying 28 tourists and six crew members, was heading from the island of Nusa Penida to Sanur Beach in Bali. Approximately 25 minutes after sailing, two nautical miles from Sanur, the boat ran into something sharp, which caused a hole in it.

The boat began to slowly sink to the bottom, but the passengers and crew managed to put on life jackets. So, when the ship sank, all the people on board were prepared, and calmly waited for help to arrive in time.

The rescue operation was complicated by a very strong wind, but as a result, people who found themselves in the water were evacuated on four ships. It has not yet been possible to get the boat from the bottom.

It is specified that there were tourists from Russia, Ukraine, Australia and India on board.
