False Police Report Says I Will Derail Train For YouTube Views!?! (FULL AUDIO) | Jason Asselin

You will hear the audio of the emergency call to the Dickinson County Sheriff Department dispatch in Iron Mountain, Michigan when Mike McGee called police. You will also see and hear the sheriff deputy talking with Mike about his report. There are no words to describe how I felt while making this video as I listened to this man talk about me as if I were a terrorist. He insists that I was responsible for a derailment where I removed a section of rail. His actions have resulted in my name being given to TSA by the railroad, per the police report.
Mike McGee does NOT work for the Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad, he told police he owns "Rail Industry Specialist, Inc." in Illinois. He says the Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad transports HIS cars and they work for him. I have never met him, nor know who he is.. He mentions me derailing a train and saying I recorded it, he also says employees of E&LS call him often to complain about me. He says he is fearful of what I will do next. He talks about me yelling or getting in the face of workers.. When? He talks about this latest interaction when I said about 4 words to an employee (on video), yet it doesn't quite go down the way he tells police.
I don't know what to do at this point to be honest. What legal options do I have against a man creating fake stories about me and reporting it to police as fact? This video is to let him speak for himself and to let the railroad know exactly what he said to the sheriff department.
