Professional athletes love the sport they play day in and day out. Their mentality and spirit must constantly remain positive and at the highest levels. With a strong and positive mentality, it becomes a lot easier to train and maintain their physicality so as to do their jobs well. Being brave with high resilience for minor pain and injury can always help these heroes overcome their challenges. However, one very common injury in soccer is cramp. Muscle cramps are painful contractions or spasms of a muscle usually caused by fatigue, water loss, or by inadequate stretching, conditioning, and/or warm-up during soccer practice or competition. Hence, it is crucial that players get enough minutes or warm up before playing or cramp is bound to happen. Today’s video shows few pretty players suffering a great deal of pain due to cramp. These unsung heroes are still tolerant of the pain without needing to take off their boots!
