The Hay Plate. Say what? Stalls Part?

Recycling hay from night before when doing stalls. Use the finger rake. Finger rake also helps to prepare sweeping the hay plate. What are you talking about???
Goal is to remove hay dust and other debris from where the horse (or donkey) eats their hay…hence “hay plate”.
