They discuss the biggest power players and key deals that were made, analyze the various policy agreements and rule changes that resulted from the conservative holdouts' negotiations with McCarthy, and give their takes on what Speaker McCarthy's first few actions seem to indicate for the direction of his Speakership in the years to come.
