AOC, 64 Democrats vote against a new Congressional China Committee to address China threat

AOC and 64 other democrats voted against a new congressional committee addressing the Chinese Communist Party threat despite all other Democrats and 100% Republicans voting for it.

Congressman Mike Gallagher will chair the Select Committee and will investigate issues like how the CCP is operating on American soil, infiltrating American universities and colleges with propaganda and intelligence operations.

The China Select Committee will investigate how the CCP is running influence operations on the local, state and federal levels. And they’ll expose how the CCP essentially bribes American elites into acting as their apologists.

The Committee will look into how America is enriching China through state and local pension funds and much more.
