Quotes -
“You want to find someone who’s been through it and who’s failed and who’s struggled because I will make sure now that my clients do not make those same mistakes that I do and I’ll never make those same mistakes again.”

“You have to look at your goals every single day otherwise you get so easy to get derailed and get distracted and go down rabbit holes and pursue things that don’t align with them.”

“The industry is realizing this, they’re bringing women into firms and projects and some of these portfolios that have women involved are showing 20% plus higher returns.”

“Women don’t particularly go after the really high-risk investments, they go for the safer ones that are better in the long-term whereas a lot of times men can kind of jump around a lot. There’s way more turnover in men’s portfolios when it comes to women.”

“The biggest thing working in their favor is that they’re both committed to their goals and their goals are the same. How they particularly see those goals being accomplished but they’re really supportive of each other and they trust each other.”

“I think men are more willing to confront issues with contractors. But that’s probably the only real pattern that I’ve seen though.”

“Women have a deeper rooted reason for pursuing whatever it is that they are investing in.”

Concepts -
Make sure that your goals and your career align with the life that you want and what you want to do.
Women, in general, perform better than their counterparts in investing. Don’t be discouraged to start investing even if the industry is male-dominated.
Researching more thoroughly and adding more reasons that for you would make the investment worthwhile can be of great help when it comes to reducing risks and increasing returns.
Successful investors, in general, stick to their plan regardless of outside factors as these should be already accounted for in the planning phase.
Women should be more confident in their skills and learn to not need validation or permission from someone else if they think that the investment is good.
Men tend to go all-in in investments with little-to-no knowledge of the subject and get overwhelmed trying to jam all the concepts together in a short period of time.
Women tend to overanalyze and this results in women taking longer to take their first steps into investing.
No two investors are the same but having a common goal and trusting each other in a partnership plays an important part in your and your partner's success.
Women tend to accept more advice from experts than men do and this helps a lot in maintaining the property and keeping the profits up.
Success has a very broad meaning, success for you is different from what other people would consider a success. Finding out what success means to you and not following what other people tell you will give you the sense of fulfillment that you need.
