This large complex of modern offices and science labs was once home to a leading US conglomerate company. Much like any important and top notch company, their headquarters and two different facilities were all located in New Jersey. The company specialized in manufacturing agricultural chemicals.

This particular facility was used for testing purposes of the products manufactured. Mixed in with offices, the complex housed many chemistry labs. Products were tested on plants and animals as well. The location of this facility offered the space to be able to construct multiple greenhouses and pens for animals, all for testing purposes. The company itself went through various acquisitions and mergers through the 1990's and 2000's. All locations in the state of NJ were shut down, including the corporate headquarters in North Jersey. Due to its chemical background, the satellite facility where the manufacturing was done became an EPA Superfund Site. This particular testing site still sits vacant with multiple propositions by the town to turn the area into housing.
