Healthy Tiramisu Pancakes

In a blender:

•50-60g oats
•1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder & pinch of baking soda
•1 tbsp (10g) maple syrup
•1 coffee shot (1 tsp instant coffee mixed with 20ml almond milk)
•100ml almond milk

Blend till smooth

1/4 cup mix, cook in a non stick pan on medium heat for 2 mins then flip and cook for another 1 min

Stack:

•Coffee + water
•120-150 non fat vanilla greek yogurt (or mix normal greek yogurt with vanilla extract or maple syrup)

Layer then top with sprinkle of cocoa powder

Approx 459 calories with filling

7g fat
