How Could C-21 Ban All Firearms in Canada?

The Canadian government, lead by the Liberal Party of Canada, have used multiple Orders in Council (OIC) to ban roughly 1.7 Million firearms in Canada so far.

In addition, the NDP and the Bloc Québécois have supported the Liberals new bill, C-21. C-21 and its amendments, if passed, could lead to virtually all firearms in Canada being banned.

While this has been labelled misinformation by the Liberals, it's easy to show that this is true.
