SORE TO THE CORE ABS WORKOUT 4 MINUTES NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED
A super effective core workout routine. The focus of this core workout is to give you really sore muscles, in a short period of time. Which means that fat is actually being burned. I'm sore in a lot of places that hurt just to drag myself out of bed. This was intended for intermediate/advanced exercisers but beginners can also do this. No equipment is needed, just your body and a floor.
This is not your average crunches and sit-ups routine. These moves work your midsection from top to bottom, giving you a SORE core in less time than it takes to drink a cup of coffee. As well as being an extremely effective workout, this video has the benefit of being less than five minutes long and can be done right in the comfort of your own home or office. It will be different every time you do it and is great for beginners to advanced. Remember: Do Not overwork yourself with this or any workout routine or else you will risk serious injury. If you are feeling pain even after taking large breaks then stop immediately.
