A Small But Important Win in the Suit to Overturn Washington's Magazine Ban

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses some recent developments in the matter of Sullivan v. Ferguson, which is the suit, filed in the Western District of Washington, to overturn RCW 9.41.370 or what is better known as Washington's "high capacity magazine ban." Learn what the most current ruling means to this case and what it could mean to lots of other gun rights litigation ongoing throughout the nation. It might be a small victory, but its a victory nonetheless and therefore we need to learn about it to arm ourselves with education.
