Stinchcombe Success in Windsor!
For anyone who has been following Stand4THEE for a while, you have most likely heard us speak about a "Stinchcombe" application. And what this is, is an application to the court for the prosecutor to provide ALL the available evidence to a defendant.
William, of Windsor, was charged as the lead organizer for the Windsor convoy and is facing several very serious charges when his only crime was joining a drive along in Windsor. The police have ZERO evidence as Will was NOT an organizer and now he is one step closer to proving this in court.
